Overview
At Pijera, every product is personalized and custom-made based on the details provided by the customer. Since each item is uniquely created, we request customers to review their customization details carefully before placing an order.
Personalized Products
As our products are customized specifically for each customer:
- Personalized and engraved products are generally not eligible for return or refund.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once customization or production has started.
Eligible for Replacement
We will gladly provide a replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The customization differs from the details submitted during ordering due to our error.
- The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Process
After verification:
- Approved replacements will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- The replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be provided for:
- Spelling mistakes entered by the customer.
- Incorrect customization details submitted during ordering.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Change of mind after receiving a personalized product.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before customization or production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
